How do I order and pay?
Please contact us via email under the Contact Us tab. The products we design, build and supply are often required to be customised for each customer and/or application (e.g. what locomotive type is required for the Sound V2) so we will reply to you directly to better understand your needs.
Can you install the product for me?
Generally, all our products are sold as a kit ready for most people with basic electrical knowledge to hook up.
As this is a hobby business, if you can get the locomotive or setup to us, it may be possible for us to complete the installation. However, this is strictly on a case-by-case basis, and is usually not available - the business is run for pleasure outside of working life, not as making a living.
Do you provide full details on how to install and test your products?
Yes.
The electronics board was designed to be fitted to all different types of locomotives, with varying and differing control systems. With this in mind, if you can connect wires to existing connections (e.g. motor terminals, horn button) then you can wire this in yourself with ease. We are happy to support your build if sufficient information is available (wiring diagrams/photos/layout drawings) to meaningfully assist you.
